Ist streitig,ob infolge eines Unfalls eine Hws-Verletzung eingetreten ist,muß der Geschädigte den Vollbeweis für die erlittene Verletzung und die Ursächlichkeit mit dem Unfall führen.
Die von den behandelnden Ärzten dokumentierten Diagnosen seien lediglich Verdachtsdiagnosen,d.h.Arbeitshypothesen.Für eine HWS Verletzung gebe es vorliegend keine gesicherten medizinischen Erkenntnisse.
Es ist von einer DELTA-V von 7-14km/h auszugehen.Da die Klägerin vorliegend für den Schadeneintritt und zugehörige Hilfstatsachen beweisbelastet ist,kann nur der niedrigere Wert als bewiesen angesehen werden.
